This letter I have posted here originally started out to keep a very important promise I made to the Sacred Father, the Sacred Ones, Archangels and all this had helped to heal, restore life, and the many teachers that helped to teach and guide doctors into making life saving techniques ... including myself, but I could not do it in front of SunHawk.

Fact when I wrote the Doctor he wanted nothing to do with the truth, and it hurt, but then I realized my heart and spirit understand and knew the truth. The real value was in the sharing, with many, Epiphany hit home and I am happy, because I would not have decided to speak all the truths about how things came to be as they were and how we need to build a more sacred environment.

HOWEVER, in the SHARING: I realized the IMPORTANCE in the VALUE of REVELATION of PERSONAL BACKGROUND and TRAINING.

Declaration to Dr. Del

Selfish Prayers not Accepted or Honoured

Good portion of our life deals with varying levels and fields of physics, which can polarize life events in either positive or negative environmental outcomes, which influence both personal life and universal evolution. Environmental evolution we classified and categorized in any number of genres: Amazing, miracles, constructive, development along lines of universal advancement or destroying universal balance and harmony, via distorted and/or destructive believe systems. Telepathic, emotional, energy filled communications; transmitting a variety of interactive physics, which is the beginning of critical, can do, universal advancements, and a great deal more.

This might seems it is only a storyteller—storyline. In truth, it reaches into the soul of universal advancements and awareness:

1. One needs to review all with an open mind, because it is much more including our relationship with the universal, mental, and spiritual physics.
2. Physics programmed and influenced by prayers, spiritual, mental and emotional activities on numerous levels.
3. Interactive physics influences direct and indirect universal life conditions, which some might refer to as extreme miracles.
4. In truth, this is more along the lines of spiritual/mental activities programming the energy of physics outcomes.

The first of three important studies and lessons involves the following concept and words: Choice you prayers carefully and save lives . . . if your husband, we permit to stand by your side in life. You are the turning point to save many lives; which will not happen, if . . .

October 20, 1980 (unHawk, my husband, had to go to the hospital due to chest pain and the doctors  suspected he needed open-heart surgery. An outpatient procedure, at Torrance Memorial Hospital, if all goes well. After the doctors completed SunHawk's heart catheter investigation, they reported his life expectancy, only a few days or hours, but they would not give him any more than a week, before his arteries are completely blocked and all his life force stops flowing, which means they must operate soon.

Normally, they would schedule open-heart surgery within 24 to 48 hours, but . . . . When SunHawk woke-up from the heart-catheter procedure, they had to cancel the surgery they scheduled. My husband, SunHawk, developed a dangerous life threatening condition called hysterical hiccup. SunHawk's case meant a dangerous time critical cliffhanger, if not a roadblock for everyone, since it could mean the end of his life, which would end mine. Thus, SunHawk hiccups hampered a much-needed life extending open-heart surgery; a little more than eighty hours, past and no matter what medications the doctors prescribed, nothing stopped his hiccups.

Realizing time was short; I started intense balancing and healing prayers, which took over four hours, to stop his hiccups, although it took a little more than two-hours, before he finally slept without medication inducing drugs. It was about 2100 hours, when the medication nurse came with drugs to induce sleep and maybe stop the hiccups. Med nurse and RN was too late and denied her right to administer the doctor medication orders.

Interesting Indian to cowgirl standoff for several reasons: First, he was asleep; second, his hiccups finally stopped; third, it was one of several life-threatening medications he had violent reactions to in the past. The nurse insisted he take the medication, you know how hospitals, use to insist on unnecessary medications, because the doctor wrote the medication orders. Time to for whatever it takes, to get the RN check on him, and contact Doctor Del. The doc had told me his standing orders and my agenda was to get her to call the doctor so he could schedule SunHawk's surgery—ASAP—time critical and urgent. When she checked his hiccups dissipated, breathing balanced, and heart rate changed, to steady and comfortable. Either the nurses forgot about or failed to read Doctor Del's standing orders, if hiccups stop, no matter what time, the nurses were to call Doctor Del immediately.

Something inside me knew it was important for me to force the RN to call Dr Del, so he could schedule the surgery, now, immediately, at 2100 hours and not wait for another hour to pass. Blocking the medications and a verbal Donnie-brook with the RN was the only way I could get the nursing staff to agree to call and inform Dr. Del of SunHawk's new status; since reading the orders did not mean the same to them that it meant to Doctor Del and I. They wanted to give him the medication and waited until the morning to report the change in status, which set off alarms inside me; because their decision would become his death sentence. Hiccups gone, prior orders halted, doctors contacted, and SunHawk's surgery scheduled for early morning, around 0800 hours. Doctor Del Vacario issued new orders and medications, and instruction for surgery preparation. Finally, everything was scheduled, he was sleeping good, it became time for me to head home around 0030 hour, call the family and get some sleep, before his surgery.

For more than five seasons, I had prayed for the Sacred Powers with the Healing Hands, I had experienced several time in the past, and knew how they healed and protected, Red Sun and family, more than a few times prior and saved lives, as well. Seasons past and I wanted to know why, finally I demanded an answer to my questions of why they could not heal SunHawk, the way they had healed and protected SunHawk and our family on many occasions.

Two-weeks before he went into the hospital, guardians informed us, they could not heal SunHawk the way I requested, because it would kill him. There are many times it requires medical/medications and surgery along with prayers, faith, and sacred guardians working with together with the rest to make up the whole healing program, to ensure the persons health and wellness. Remember, the saying, this that I can do you can do and even greater. We are still around to help guide, teach, and heal but it can work out faster and better with the whole team working together.

I know I had part of the answer, but I realized I needed to know the other part, and it was strong on my mind . . . so I offered up a repetitious questioning prayer, which was more along the lines of begging, my Sacred Father for his answer, at least twenty times on my way home. No matter how great Doctor Del had proven his skills, which means one wonder surgeon, and compassionate doctor, we realized the possibilities of serious risks and problems during SunHawk's open-heart surgery.

Phone calls completed around 0130 hours, bed summonsed. No sooner had my head touched the pillow, my heart stopped and body proved incapable of movement. The ceiling vanished and two sacred guardians arrived to deliver Red Sun before all in a large chamber, a courtroom. Above me behind two large judges' benches, are a High Council of Archangels wearing medicine bonnets and the Great Spirit, and behind me in this Courtroom/Council Chamber are a few thousand that came to observe. Looking around with what limited knowledge I had, of the sacred council chambers and meeting arenas, which I had in the past opportunities to visit this one was familiar, but I was not sure how. Behind me I recognized countless tribal councils and nations, and all appeared curious, and needed to witness, what? The Sacred Sun who is the Son of the Highest of the Most High, who is Light Eternal of Life Eternal aka Great Spirit, in a Medicine Bonnet, sits separately at a judge's bench, above the High Council of the Sacred Chiefs aka twelve Archangels who were all dressed in sacred traditional outfits of honored Chiefs.

Standing a little confused, It took me a few minutes to absorb the new and unique environment. Ouch, I fear the truth is I am on trial; I most have done something incredibly wrong, but what. Nevertheless, I recognize, He who is the Sacred Honorable Great Spirit, as the head judge, which signifies a trial of great significances and extreme seriousness.

Great Spirit opening statement for the summons:

We have summonsed this sacred child Red Sun, to stands before us, to inform her, a few of the numerous reasons we summonsed her here. Red Sun, a majority of your prayers for your man lately, you render worthless. We trained your Grandmother M and she trained better, and then your guardians guided you to pray with your spirit-heart filled with love and compassion for others. Your selfish prayers are worthless, selfish prayers we will not answer or fulfill. You selfish prayers are only part of the reason we summonsed you.

They allowed me to hear the beginning of about twenty prayers for SunHawk and several others for my children: I want; I need; Give us; Help us; if something happens to SunHawk, I will die; can you give us? . . . It was easy to understand why the Great Spirit, called me, Selfish Red Sun. For more several season, we hear nothing but selfish greed and still no gracious prayers for others. You have grown too self-centered and extremely selfish. Can you explain why, with all the opportunities we gave you, you failed to hear or see the needs of others; can you say in truth, you showed others respect, did you show SunHawk honor, by allowing your selfishness to overcome you logic and spirit-heart. If you were a child under five-seasons we might accept and respect such prayer, but when you fail to consider others in your prayers. You not only exposed dishonor, for SunHawk, your children and your life. You dishonor your life, too, when you refuse to consider, accept, and show respect for the needs of others.  

You see nothing and no one beyond the darkest of selfish-personal needs. It is for your blind selfishness and other factors; we will not and cannot allow him to live. Red Sun, your Grandmother M and guardians trained in the right way to pray. The way you have prayed close to a full cycle is not the true constructive way of prayer your Grandmother M and your guardians trained you to pray.

His words hurt, hearing the Highest of Council words is far from pleasing, and sacred eternal spirit speaks. Great Spirit you make me appear worthless, absent of spirit-heart and mind. Yes, I know, and understand your words, I lost sight of the importance of respectful prayers, and yes, I have failed to honor spirit of love for other and failed to accept my objective and directive. For this, I acknowledge a great blinding selfish and my sacred eternal spirit weeps.

You my Sacred Guardians and Watchers know more than I the numerous years of training, you have taught, guided and trained Red Sun, across many sacred life cycles, yet I stand in your presence, in a state of rebuke beyond description. Realization . . . light of eternal life comes back and slaps Red Sun's total eternal spirit-heart . . . HARD. Yes, I acknowledge every element of greedy behavior, in a court aware of all secrets. Spirit-heart weeps, and I acknowledge the seriousness of all narrow-minded prayers, which creates and empowers negative influences and the extreme possibility of damage one lack of . . . creates.

Sacred Sun Eternal Light of Life aka Great Spirit continues:

Prayers lacking . . . consideration, denies energy for protection of life, sacred spiritual physics and support . . . . Your spiritual blindness invites danger; your lack of responsiveness and concern . . . demonstrates absolute disrespect and disregard, for you throw other lives away. Your lack of consideration, is also throwing your life away.

We are anger because we know you know such prayers are wrong. IN TRUTH, for decades, you have known one can receive punishment, when one demonstrates selfishness. Red Sun you above all will receive our punishment, if you do not return to your sacred traditional teachings: One can reap, as one sews, can you think of what might happen if you misuse the sacred power of prayer: when you fail to reach out and provide sacred spiritual love, you fail to protect the life of others.

Lack of spiritual love, losing sight of your spirit-heart, is not only dangerous for you and yours, but countless others, lack of . . . becomes the invitation for disastrous loses and destruction. Lack of spiritual-love and prayers allows holes to open up in dark vortexes; injured spirits can drawing upon their pain and manufacture destructive powers. Pain of unexplainable lose can and does produce short/long-term negative conditions, which harms many people, due to lack of prayers for one life, since proper support of one mortal can be more important than many recognize. One life lost can mean many lives lost, and all this is caused by ones blind selfishness, impersonal life aspects, spirit empty of spirit-heart and spiritual-love, forsaking others, even ones own private concept of personal needs. Lack of and closed of spirit-heart is currently the reason Red Sun and others fail to take into consideration the lives and health of others. Blind selfishness is what all of humanity choose and . . . GUILTY OF . . . at different times in individual lives.

The leading Sacred Archangel Chieftain sitting in the center of the sacred twelve speaks:

Red Sun your sacred powers and gifts we meant for you to help the many, not one individual, or just a few of . . . Our Why Factors. You are on trial before us, for you life, your husband's and the lives of many others. Your life and future will be determined here during this meeting, if you learn many will survive and if not, you will walk your life alone in empty aimless sorrow.

You are standing before us in the Sacred Father's Highest of the Highest Sacred Universal Courts, this is the Court; we are the overseers of all sacred, spiritual, advancements, including decisions for the awakening to universe's physics, to guide humanity through multi-universes of all things constructive against harm.

Forgetting thought here is just another level of communication: How much more nerve-racking can this drama become. I understand not, why me? Why have they summonsed me to these most sacred of courts? I am not one of the higher level guardians, I don't think, I am not but a mortal so why have they summonsed me to the Highest of High Supreme Sacred Spiritual Courts in the Sacred Father's Universe; in the sacred court, something akin to in the House of the Father, now that scares me. I HONESTLY do not understand nor comprehend why I am here. Especially since this Court is the overseer of the most sacred universal begins dealing with the highest levels of spiritual matters. Why would they summons me, before them? Why not send one of my guardians to tell me, their desires, decisions of decree, except that would not be a trial only a request. I am confused; I do not understand their reason of summonsing one that is not of the sacred hierarchy, I thought is was against universal law. Yet, their reasons for sure a summons, I think I am lost; since I believe I am without conscious knowledge of how this works. Besides, I am all alone here with no one to help me.

Yes, we understand you are confused, so we have summonsed Geronimo. Truth, he was the only one willing to accept the position of defense advocate, to present your case before the Great Spirit, in the Highest of High Sacred Universal Courts, you know all the Sacred Archangels who sit here before you. The Highest of the Highest, the Holiest Sacred Father of Eternal Light of Life Eternal, your Sacred Father, is the overseer of this court, and the reason we summonsed you before us. The court is of great importance regarding sacred ones who have taken physical form assignments. You must know you are only one of ten in more than a few thousand-earth centuries, we elected to summons; most we just do away with permanently. Now maybe you understand, the importance of your unique attendance before us, only sacred spirits without connection to physical form, do we normally summons to you stand here before the Highest of the Highest Sacred Universal Councils. However, most of the time, we do not have more than twelve-thousand, overfilling the chamber, which at the moment has the appearance of the great outdoor Rose Bowl, but ten times larger.

A 3-D Holographic projection, between the judges and I, which from my position overshadowed the judges, reliving the way, SunHawk and Red Sun were summonsed and joined in Sacred Union by the Highest of the Most High, for all in attendance to see our entire ceremony, right down to our first kiss. Then a booming voice spoke: Now do all who questioned why, now do understand why, we have summonsed Red Sun here? When some one says, the sound of silence is deafening has never experienced this sacred universe's in the Universal Court. Everything stands still and silences means no spiritual life energy, not even the silence of the universe is this void. They went on to explain the eternal life spirits of SunHawk and Red Sun and the reason for our sacred union by the Sacred Father who is the most sacred of sacred, highest of the highest, who is the Sacred Eternal Light of Life Eternal and several Sacred Ones. However, they spoke in the language of the sacred guardians.

Once the judges had made sure, they petrified not only Red Sun, sacred eternal spirit of light, spirit-heart, and the 3-D holograph finished. I wanted to speak with my defense attorney Geronimo. Geronimo, at least I have someone that knows the system and on my side. Geronimo said nothing to me, only stood up and began a very long speech. The way events appeared to unfold it seems the Highest of High Council's decisions was cut and dried; unless Geronimo could come up with someway to provide one opportunity for Red Sun to supply . . . what.

Geronimo knew it was critical to convince the judges to give Red Sun one more opportunity, (what I did not know Geronimo reviewed all of my records.) He needed to prove Red Sun gained absolute comprehension of the problem, while being in the presences of this sacred universal court and the Archangels, Red Sun's wisdom heightened her wisdom, by her appearance. Time is of no matter to this court, so it seemed he spoke for hours in his quest to gain from them, at least one more chance, which meant a different judgment. If I could not speak or defend my actions, then what could I defend, I was wrong. After some hours, Geronimo's final reasoning, the Highest of High Councils, and all the members accepted.

 Not all of what Geronimo communicated could I absorb, but I did absorb; Red Sun has been walking alone without real strong positive physical guidance, since Red Sun's appointed mentor and Sacred Grandmother of the People joined the Sacred High Council of Guardian Saints. This means not all of her reception centers received assistance to awaken, which makes it harder for her spiritual guardians and guides to teach her, without physical guidance mentors. You have to remember, she was forced hide and learn demonic behavior too We forced Red Sun to learn through spiritual guidance more than most of the most sacred mother of the people and medicine . . . in the last hundred years. Checking the records, since his first poisoning and temporary crossing, not one of the guardians said anything about her prayers, what she needs to be do, look through all your records, you cannot find one. She has always made the personal sacrifices and did everything possible, but no one carried the Sacred Father's request to Red Sun. Who was in charge of relaying the message?

The council stirred and spoke together for what seemed longer than Geronimo spent when he addressed the court. Then the Great Spirit in a thundering voice, which sent more chills throughout every molecule, delivers their final statement:

We have decided that we will allow your husband to remain in mortal form. If and only if, you can find a way to save your husband’s life without asking directly for his healing or any indirect request of sparing his life. No one can give you any suggestions or tell you what to say, this one has to come from your heart. It's your request . . . only you can do this without any reference in a narrow manner covering only a few personages, or in a manner which would directly cover your husband. While you take into consideration many lives, then maybe we will grant you the lives of many the right to life and among them, so shall we restore the mortal form of SunHawk and strengthen his eternal spirit and mortal life. Only If, if you can craft a pray to satisfy us, then and only then we will consider HONORING said prayer in total and allow SunHawk to live his life by your side until his time to come home.

Thoughts racing: Only if I can find a prayer, which covers my husband without asking directly for the life of one, or only a few lives spared, while seeking to save the lives of many . . . not a few or an individual. What can I say, I am on TRIAL before the Highest of Courts, because I have been selfish, now I must do a turn-around, and break that selfish pattern. Turning my love into a matter of sacredness in one prayer, which they want to hear and if not many will suffer and lives will be lost, and my punishment by the High Council will be serious. Think, this has to do with my primary directive and a lesson for many. . . . Spirit-heart and all my other abilities began to analyze the communications, primary objectives, and prime directive. My knowingness within realizes their clues and desires were transmitted in their words, when I received rapid realization moving at the rate of a high speed master computer. Enlightenment arrived, when the spirit-heart of Red Sun calculated and compiled numerous needs, and replayed serious problems I had knowledge of in the past and worked on a sacred spiritual formula; which produced a request that covered something more than a few headlines or a short outline. Once I had, everything formulated eternal spirit of light and life increased in brightness from 40-watt light to 1000-watt shine. I stood up strong and my sacred spirit-heart filled with spiritual-love transmitted my entire concept about as fast as one can send an email around the world.

Then let it be this way that covers a total of ninety-days. Reach back in time some twenty-days and cover the next seventy-days beyond the moment of my return. Let there be an Angel of Healing Life and Light to stand guard over the three hospitals preventing anyone from dying. Reach back in time and change events for those who since twenty-days prior to this hour. If death seeks to calls may their lives be restored and may no one remember their meeting with death, but receive healings and may their lives be restored and may all who enter the hospital. Even if they have left the hospital, in the past twenty-days may they receive blessings and healing of their illness and life restored. They need not remember the hand of death, if life they restore, but may they receive help to awaken to sacred spiritual enlightenment.

Second: make all surgeries textbook surgeries; if necessary may the doctors receive help to learn new and better lifesaving techniques; along with healing all forms of life threatening illness; may all surgeries heal life; realign life; restore total balance to systems. Cleanse away and heal any imperfections in all bodies, minds, and spirits, each one needs total resurrection of each ones individual health's harmony, in record time. This applies to all cancer patients; tumors; blocked veins; heart or brain conditions. Knowing there can be many problems with brain and heart surgeries, so if not written and/or unknown what to do, help the doctors learn to perform any amazing new surgeries so they can teach other how to accomplish perfect. . . perfect textbook surgeries. With heart, brain, and/or vein surgeries, many problems require delicate surgery. Help guide those assisting in the operation room and the surgeons to perform surgeries—above and beyond—textbook perfect, but then they were able write a new report or book of life-saving techniques.

Prayers empower sacred guardians to help other experience and gain great awareness, heal awareness, techniques, and abilities, during various processes sine there is always room for learning. Surgeons can learn new techniques for teaching more surgeons newer and more important surgical procedures, which I have had prior knowledge of guardians assisting surgeons to learn new surgeries via experiences.

Heal the people who are in the hospital, those who just left the hospital and require more healing, or scheduled for surgery, allow the Angels help save each life. Especially, the lives of those the doctors were unsure, of their survival possibilities. Help those who underwent operation or sent home to die, or doctors were unsure of how to operate, receive help and healing. Help each sacred child receive great life restoration and recovery. Some have been in the hospital undergoing test longer than twenty-days may the time start with when on the day they learned of their serious conditions; allow them to receive total healing.

Spiritual life balanced, allow surgical restoration and healing of all who require any procedures, include the ones that just learned they are scheduled to undergo surgical procedures. I ask too, for total spiritual/physical, cleansing, purification, and healing of all, from all forms of destructive conditions, and enable them to obtain and/or receive positive health, from all forms of medical conditions, let not cancer destroy any ones life and cure who enter the hospital with cancer of cancer.

Next, I ask, if anyone arrives in the hospital DOA, I request they be brought back to life, and made whole. I also request their condition be either healed or cured: this includes from any and all accident, illness, heart problems, as well as, anything wrong internally, and may this request cover all I have failed to cover. Even if it means allowing doctors and nurses to view these persons, physical form, receiving in emergency cases, may they be made better, even it is has to be done before the medical staffs' eyes, it is more important to restore life.

If anyone arrives in critical life threatening conditions via illness or injuries, may they receive total healing, which covers sacred eternal life within physical form, and physical form, the instant they pass through the hospitals ER doors and heal those on in and/or will enter the hospital?

Most important of all, I ask you bless all the sacred, beautiful children (since all ages are children) in need of help at Torrance Memorial Hospital and the other two hospitals, Little Company of Mary Hospital and South Bay Hospitals in Redondo Beach. I would like to see all three hospitals blessed with Sacred Guardian/Healing Angels. I ask again may all the hospitals have angels to insure all surgery be textbook surgery, if not all three, at least the largest of three surgical hospitals.

I did state through none should for any reason be visited by or allow any to remain in the state of crossing, once they enter the hospital and if possible make sure any crossing is only temporary or not at all. It is more important the Angels of Death that visit these hospitals take a holiday. 

Why I Sensed I was Someplace Important

To answer the question many have, which is a valid question and you have the right to know my background. The fact of my background began long before I could speak, I was aware of my personal connection with the Sacred Father, Sacred Universal Guardians, Archangels and his Spiritual Universe, the Great Spirit, Sacred Mother, and Spirit Guides, along with ancestors and relations.

My mentor was a Sacred Grandmother, who saved my life and raised me. A sacred woman almost everyone that met her acknowledged she was a Sacred Saint beyond mortal woman. Grandmother M training began young; also, the training she received came from sacred Ojibwa medicine elders that were old when she was young. Grandmother M trained her Red Sun in the same manner the sacred and honorable elders trained her. The knowledge passed reached back more than 250 years of sacred traditional medicines, spiritual medicine, traditions, and cultural.

Everyone who knew or had the opportunity to be in Grandmother M presence considered her a power medicine woman, healer, teacher, spiritual missionary, a medicine cook whose abilities and presence could only be that of a true Sacred Saint. When she crossed, over 5,000 people came to here services representing the minimum of half-million people, which is safe to say was twice that from every country and nation around the world. Grandmother M was my first teacher once she realized my abilities; besides years of training, I have experienced four or five temporary crossings and continued to receive training for more than half-century, now.

You need to keep in mind; prior to this summons, I experienced countless adventures, each heightens my awareness in the field of spiritual contact and communications. I learned to travel among countless multi-dimensional spiritual planes of the Sacred Father's universe, before I learned algebra: Spiritual life adventures included three-temporary crossings, prior to algebra; each one increased connection, and awareness, via awakening one more sacred spiritual universe adventure.

Long before I could speak, and my power of transportation, required others carrying me, on a mountain, four-sacred chiefs, whose heads appeared larger than the moon, greeted this child; however, my awareness of the Sacred Father's power I received in his sacred chambers and my life direction and purpose. These same sacred guardians, who guarded and protected Red Sun to make sure her crossings, were temporary. Each time, they made sure Red Sun was return to mortal form: Red Sun, thousands of lives will perish needlessly and even more will be lost without you. Prior to this summons, the guardians, and Great Spirit summonsed, me to witness ten different meetings. During said visitations, I experienced several different chambers, which also double as hearing chambers.

Interesting fact, prayers reach different levels, which angels and guardians, analysis, research, and make determinations depending on individual life objectives and directives; and then redirect the prayers. In essence, there are massive amounts that require many different courts to deal with countless universal matters. Even HE who is the Holiest of the Most Holy, and he who is the Sacred Light Eternal and Life Eternal, realizes from prior experiences, ultimate powers corrupt and the reason he continues to create and add is to prevent corruption. Then all international corporations diversify and so does the universes on countless levels, which require courts, investigators, guardians, and the list is more complicated and diverse than one can calculate.

A few days after SunHawk and Red Sun experience our summons to stand before the Sacred Father and joined in the Holiest of Sacred Eternal Unions: a union that does not allow or accept divorce, for it is a joining of nation that have for too long been apart. I receive a visit from two-level sacred guardian chiefs, they were sent to escort me to visit with the Sacred Father by his request. I accepted the invitation, and they escort, the eternal spirit connected to Red Sun, to visit with the Sacred Father in his private chamber, a place where few for any reason throughout the Universe, and fewer connected to mortal form, does he summons to visit with him. The escorts delivered me to the entered, and waited outside until time to return Red Sun's eternal spirit. Before they left they inform me to stand within the sacred flame of purification. While standing in the purification flame, the Sacred Father and I had a wonderful conversation. Thirty-six hours later, I felt another summons calling me to another sacred meeting.

Lights flash and I recognize my eternal being is standing in a vast chamber before the Sacred Father and his Sacred Son. However, this summons placed me in the center of a vast chamber, before a sacred flame, and the Sacred Father instructed me to step into the sacred flame and there I stood, until time to return into my mortal form. Once I stepped inside the sacred flame of purification, the total environment comes alive. One could say this was loosely similar to House of Congress, at first glance, but bigger than ten-football stadiums. The center of the chamber appeared shaped similar to a buffalo hoof. In the back part of the hoof, three-tiers, each similar to the Supreme Court Judges bench where a number of judges sit. The Holiest of the Most Holy who is the Sacred Father aka Highest of the Highest Eternal Light of Life Eternal, the middle tier sat the Archangels wearing sacred medicine bonnets.

          The lower tier, I witness Sacred Chiefs of the People and before them twelve conference tables. The rest of the buffalo hoof shaped chamber had twelve tiers filled with an unknown number of Sacred Chiefs, Spiritual Leaders, Medicine Elders, Sacred Warriors, and Sacred Warrior Women. This was my introduction to the Sacred Council of Sacred Chiefs, Elders, Grandmothers of the People and Sacred Grandfathers/Grandmothers aka Medicine Elders, Archangels and so many more, fourteen and half years and my lineage they revealed to all, although they blocked the knowledge from my mind.

Nevertheless, it was this was my first time in the highest of the highest of sacred spiritual courts, and standing so close to the Sacred Archangels, bigger than earth's moon. Obviously, I experienced deep sensations of insignificant intimidation. The amazing massiveness of the chamber standing before the Supreme Court style judges' benches, awaken the harsh reality to the importance of this meeting, before they appeared.

Waiting for the Verdict . . . Life or Death

Red Sun, eternal life form aka eternal energy of light, stands alone motionless in the Sacred Court, the only one standing in a chamber on filled with universal silence. Silence . . . until Geronimo spoke out to all the witnesses in the chamber, "The words she spoke I could not do any better, this one I had faith in when all you did not or were you afraid to face the High Council. Now what do you say? Then he faced the High Council, inquired when would we know if they accept Red Sun's heart request?

Wait a minute, little one, your words you have spoken and now I wait for the verdict, Ouch, I have crossed the point of no return. A point of no return; hard fact, at this moment an unknown quantity of lives, which included in the mix are countless lives of family and friends touched, and  happiness, along with some spiritual awakenings, and somewhere in the mix is the life of SunHawk, so much depends on their verdict. Sacred Spiritual environment, yes; void of emotions, yes;  expressionless faces, no transmission of readable energy, extreme illumination, and spiritual environment, enhances ones nervous sensation, in their presences. I realize the Most Sacred Ones communicate on different levels, but still, one does experience some form of energy, this time naught, I would have welcomed any little expression, even a slight head movement when they listened to my request, which was very dishearten. In a hall void of all secrets no matter how hard I searched for any clues, to my words spoken, I could not identify or catch one stray emotion from anyone in the chamber, whatsoever.

Spirit-heart experience's a hard lightening strike of conscious awareness, which fills spirit-heart with emotions, silence requests an answer, standing before the highest court of sacred opinion. The longer the silence the more I shrunk with apprehension. Then who would not standing before the Sacred Council of Archangel Guardian Chiefs and the Great Spirit . . . and when they did speak, they said nothing except: It is time, to return this sacred one to her physical form. Red Sun, you will know our answer at the proper time.

No time to think one more flash picture or transmit a thought; sacred high-level guardians, grab their charge's eternal spirit and return, her to the mortal form, called Red Sun. Even before I open my eyes, I sensory receptors are recording changes in environments, from when my head touched the pillow, and eternal spirit returns, which were numerous changers. Eyes open to bright sunlight and shadows on the wall, tells it own story, of our return arrived after sunrise, in fact the sun, had climbed two-hands high above the horizon, when I opened my eye.

Not until eyes open did I attempt to take first breath, which proves to be at least five minutes of OOOO000H, OOOUUCH, chest HURTS. First breath and all consecutive breaths hurt, and lungs heave high in their extremely hard struggle, to regenerate oxygen and blood flow, in its effort to rejuvenate mortal life requires. Conscious mind and eternal spirit realizes this importance mixture to stimulate, and energize, physical life form's vital organs and body parts. All life forms continual regeneration of life dependence on oxygen is critical, since ones, entire system requires oxygen.

Pains intensity continued to decline a rate of .05 percent, with the full cycle of each breathe; I found it impossible to calculate, which vital organ hurt worse, heart, or lungs. Desperation takes over after a few breathes, and my struggle creates adrenaline panic, to ensure heart and lungs continue function for blood-oxygen. Thinking once this intolerable pain decreases maybe, I can move and that will ensure my survival. More than fifteen-minutes past, before pain calmed down. However, I was shocked to discover another problem, no muscle control; it took me a good ten or fifteen minutes more to regain muscle control and move more than just my eyes.

Returning from temporary death is painful, but this went beyond any of my past temporary death recovery pain, into extreme deep pain. A pain I could not recall the experience at anytime. I am not looking forward to sure pain, any time in the resent future.

Getting up I grabbed the phone and called the hospital to speak with the nurses, I wanted to know how SunHawk was doing, if he sleep through the night, and if they still had him scheduled for surgery around 0900 hours. Nurses read off the orders, reported preparation in motion and they were nice enough to transfers my call to SunHawk. He was awake and happy to know they could do the surgery. Although, he sounded surprised and ecstatic the hiccups were gone, and curious about why and how. Then he wanted to know when I would show up, since he was going into surgery, but abundantly happy to think his chances for survival had increased overnight.

After I hung up, mind returns to analysis events connected to summons, something in their presentation suggested they expected me to meet the challenge and learn . . . and the way Geronimo phrase their words, I perceived an undertone of listen and learn. Inasmuch as, their lack of neutral reaction, I behaved as expected. They choreographed a lesson for humanity; which I perceive in their own way an attempt for Red Sun and others to comprehend one actual mammoth lesson with critical consequences for all of humanity. The production said Red Sun you must understand the sacredness of ones prayers. They bestowed sacred insight into life by the way one prays. (The lesson goes much deeper, too.) However, I think it is a lesson for all to mediate on in order to understand personal consequences.

Selfish prayers not accepted, or honored in a vase majority of cases. Their rejection could harm or cost the lives of many, because selfish prayers harm many. For centuries the sacred medicine ways by elders of all indigenous nations, taught the people the concepts and consequences of the same or similar lessons. These same concepts, Grandmother M repeated and tried to imprint in my mind, along with all the concepts and variations countless times, but sometimes love can and does blind a person. Now I understand why her prayers were powerful and honored; she never asked for anything for herself and the majority of things she received she gave away to others, which made her daughter mad, jealous, and greedy. Her wonderful spirit-heart became the reason people from around the world, would called to her for help, we would receive phone calls night and day from anywhere and everywhere people calling on her for prayers and spiritual support, and they wanted to know the direction and/or what the Sacred Father wanted from and for them. The lesson's expression: No prayers will we honor that are selfish, except in life and/or death emergencies. Nevertheless, even when you think you know all the rules, one will discover there are always exceptions to the rule, depending on training, age, environment, and how often one did or did not pray for others. Nothing here qualified for such emergency exceptions. What else can I say, except this was one dreadfully painful ways to learn this most powerful and valuable of life sacred lessons, than being in the edge of death.

On the way to the hospital, I was still experiencing a great deal of chest pain, definitely neither a simple spirit walk nor an ordinary visitation, for anyone to attempt. I wonder how close I was to actual, total, and permanent shut down of my entire system. The pain reveals not even a trance medium could sustain life's vital organs for so many hours, in a trance state, but they do have gatekeepers taking care of a trance medium's form. Exception, eternal spirit of light's crossing to where I journeyed, suggests one's major requirement say one needs to undergone a death/rebirth sequence. Very few people realize how valuable and important ones eternal spirit of light is for ones personal advancement and spiritual survival.

Red light, Red Sun, Yes, the main requirement for one to stand before the Great Spirit, in the Sacred Father's highest of and sacred court, ones form must reach the edge of total death. The other requirement is fasting combined with passionate prays; which most often an individual will only receive visions or visitations from their guardians. The journey you took was the high of sacred spiritual journeys for sacred spiritual reasons. In truth, the Sacred Father is the one who summonsed you to stand before the Great Spirit his son and the Highest of Highest most Holy Chiefs.

After you past the final tests, four days of fasting, your heart-filled concern, and prayers for other, we believe not, you recognized you were praying for others. We heard your prayers for months, but not until you fasted four days and nights, were you considered worthy. Your fasting began prior to SunHawk admittance in the hospital for his heart reading. If you did not he would not have been healed from the hiccups either. Red Sun the light is green, go to him.

Thinking of prior events combined with the five days and five nights fasting, yes, the same hour I learned Doc Del scheduled SunHawk for a cardiac-catheter and I realized the importance of my fasting to insure survival. Doc Del scheduled SunHawk open-heart operation for a six-way bypass, as soon as possible, and that was less than forty-hours, after SunHawk's cardiac-scan. The only way to save his life before it was too late. Nevertheless, when SunHawk woke up, an unexpected attack challenged us for the right to SunHawk's life: and I was not going to let the secret force of destruction claim he eternal spirit, because faith and determination is powerful.

The instant I put my sacred spiritual staff in the ground I heard, a sacred guardian voice whispers, Fasting is important for his recovery from the hiccups.

Hiccups determined to end SunHawk's life started before they completed the cardiac-catheter examine and continued consistently. Each hiccup was one more hiccup closer to death, which had friends and family members on edge. Panic in our throats, and thoughts we tried to silences, because we knew to speak or believe in the possibility of death could and would invite death. Who ever wanted to claim his life we sensed coming closer with each hiccup to rob humanity of a great man and SunHawk connection to his mortal life. Until . . . Precious Silences, seventy-two hours, plus fourteen hours, equal eighty-six hours and nine hours before surgery.

Critical timelines we faced for SunHawk's life. Two-conditions in opposition, for SunHawk's survival, and I could not tell anyone else I was waiting for an answer to my sacred prayer. This truth, only the guardians knew, while my inner—senses recognized, any delays could be critical, not until the surgery would be really know—how critical.

When I arrived at 0700 hours, the nurses had already started all the required pre-op procedures for SunHawk's surgery, scheduled for 0900 hours and StillsWater arrived with Jo-Owl at 0800 hours. What amazed me, out of three of us that walked past the closed gift shop, only StillsWater, observed a rather large white buffalo in the gift shop window? I questioned why neither Jo-Owl nor I saw any large white buffalo in the gift shop window. We all entered through the same door, walked by the same gift shop windows, yet only one saw the large White Buffalo. My gut suggested the buffalo was a message . . .  the Angel or Angels are presence, which was one of their ways let me know, the sacred prayers they have chosen to honor.

However, can anyone explain if the Angels have arrived, why have they allowed me to struggling with this continuously painful chest when I breathe in and out? SunHawk was happy to see his women, (wife, and two of his three daughters,) beside him, giving him our sacred love, to increase his spiritual energy while waiting for them to come an take him to surgery. Conditions changed when StillsWater begin to mentions to SunHawk, her plans to purchase the large white buffalo, she saw in the gift . . . . What happened, death struck or the appearance of death struck, our oldest daughter StillsWater, preventing her to complete her sentence.

Our daughter's her eyes glazed over, skin changes to absolute white, lips turned blue-black, she went limp and she took a dead man's nosedive off the edge of one newly empty bed, who was transferred to another room. The code blue medical team could not get a heartbeat; even after they tried to jumpstart with the paddles. Nothing worked so the emergency room nurses, put her on the emergency room cart and raced with her to their ER, Trauma Center with much better equipment to save lives.

Taking StillsWater to ER they decided was important to keep SunHawk calm prior to surgery, the surgery he refused to have without his daughter by his side. The guardians must have had an interesting few minutes, considering we all offered up our life so could StillsWater could live, since we knew it was possible for one person to give their life in exchange for another.

StillsWater arrived in ER, to paddles fired up, and needle prepared to inject in her heart. Before they could administer paddles, start an IV, saline solution, or oxygen, her vital signs returned strong, with a powerful solid heartbeat. No signs of heart failure, excellent oxygen levels, once her breathing returned, and the reports came back perfect blood tests.

StillsWater's blood pressure returns to perfect readings, lung functions and breathing sounds excellent. The doctor wanted to find the reason or reasons she dropped over with the appearance of absolute dead, which was only a temporary death with no explanation. RN came in and said StillsWater had recovered and will be able to speak with us soon. StillsWater recovered within seconds of crossing over ERs entrance. Thing moved fast, from the moment her fell to the floor, nurses raced to her ER, and her calling to speak with SunHawk, from drop to talk, it was less than twenty minutes.

What I did not know while I was heading down to the ER, he refused to undergo surgery, if it meant his daughter's life over his, which explained the reason the ER nurses sent me back to SunHawk. Even with the news from the nurses, he was firm in his decision until he could hear her voice, no surgery, the life of his daughter was more important than his life. Dr. Del decided it was best for all concerned if StillsWater call SunHawk from the ER to help him relaxed for surgery. When all the reports came back, they could uncover any silent or minor reason for her temporary death experience. System strength restored, full system activated, yet, neither blood tests nor examination could establish, one hint to any why factor.

Dr. Del was busy for a few minutes between StillsWater in the ER and getting things readies for SunHawk's open-heart surgery. I am sure; the unusual conditions had him confused, and nervous, since he had no comprehension of my summons or prayers. This was an omen for the beginning of a sacred gift of blessings and healings from the Sacred Father and the Highest of most High Council of Archangels. Archangels' strange announcement to the hospital they blessed, an announcement to say they will receive a series of sacred unique healings and lessons, along with new advancements in surgical procedures. The hospital staff began to question the blessings after a couple of weeks; some ones prayers insured they received a unique couple of months. If you think about the unconventional message, no one knew of Sacred Father's summons, the unique trial, or why amazing life renewal events in the ER began after the strange renewal of StillsWater's life.

Rapid thoughts flash on several of past and current experiences, after the nurse's report of StillsWater's reaction in ER. Flash on when I had crossed over in the hospital, and gone long enough for a toe tag and last rites. (It was humorous behavior) . . . thoughts then flash on a couple of hours earlier. Red Sun, you will know our answer at the proper time. Highest of Highest give their answer; they answered it in a way that expressed the power of word and thought combinations. Realization slapped me hard, without the summons to meet with the Great Spirit many would cross, knowledge lost and lives destroyed, then a question spoke to my heart, how many would perish needlessly?

Thank you Great Spirit, thanks to all of you on the Highest of the Most Sacred of High Councils, Archangels, the Highest of the Highest Guardian Chiefs and Geronimo for teaching a lesson, which saved the lives of not only my family but provided enlightenment, which permitted the lives of countless others to survive and have life. In truth, my request, but you are the ones that agreed to how many more lives in your hands. Geronimo without your help, I would have lost my oldest daughter and husband on same day.

Oh, by the way, there was no large White Buffalo in the gift shop, neither a large nor a small white stuffed buffalo; in fact, they have never had anything that looked similar to a white buffalo. I have to say I love you and thank you with all my heart . . . ONE and ALL.

Open-Heart Surgery Events and Beyond

After surgery, while SunHawk was in recovery, Doctor Del came out to talk to us about SunHawk's surgery, several hours earlier than expected. Dr. Del was the first one to report SunHawk's surgery was textbook perfect; SunHawk's open-heart surgery took less time than expected, three and a half hours. All the doctors and nurses came by and reported how amazed and shocked they were that SunHawk's surgery went better in their opinion, than textbook perfect. Not even an instrument dropped or one mishap and everyone worked together in amazing harmony. However, the next statement shocked all of us; SunHawk would not have seen sun-up, if they had not operated, when they did, or a couple of hours later. At the rate, his arteries blocked up, he only had two-percent left in two of three major arteries before complete blockage, and five percent of two main veins, he was only hours away from a massive heart-attack,

Thank you Grandfathers and Sacred Elders, a perfect textbook surgery without any complications . . . A whisper, Red Sun look out the window, and tell us what you see. Angels: One Sacred Angel taller than the hospital, she is a powerful, sacred light of life whose illumination blesses to those in need in the area; Second, Sacred Angel not quit as tall, she has a similar but different purpose; and these two have a number of bright, smiling guardians about two stories tall working with them, too. I was able to hear the Angels songs fill the environment with spiritual life, of sacred energies and spiritual physics inside the music. Yes, the light and music reached beyond humanities concepts of divinely wondrous.

When I saw the sacred angels, my chest pains received their healing and relieve, since all the stress also disappeared. I was expecting one main sacred angel and helpers, but they sent two main sacred angels. I learned the taller of the two, Sacred Giver of Life stands beside the Sacred Healing Angel, both equal in abilities, yes, but the taller of the two primary angels assigned, had the authority to override the Angel of Death assignments and any decisions to call one across. Each had the authority to restore to humanities' eternal spirit to physical form and heal spirit life, too.

Yes, I recognized my prayer requests received their answer, but for the next three days, until they moved SunHawk off life-support and out of CCU. I stayed in the hospital and continued to fast, pray, and kept my senses high to ensure no complications. For some time, I had sensed those in the shadows for reasons of their own, would stop at nothing to claim lives of SunHawk, StillsWater, and Red Sun, root and branch. It was important to make sure that which challenges, demoralizes, and weaken to rob or finishes off lives, in a yin-yang manner, most would not understand, which is why I stayed to block the unseen. Yes, the nursing staff concern, created a nervous upset about my staying there with very little sleep and not eating and they tried to force me to eat, go home, and sleep in my bed. I could not explain my reason for staying, since it was something I did not cover in my sacred prayer.

SunHawk's out of surgery, seventy-three hours, Doctor Del arrives in CCU and requests the nurses to follow him into SunHawk's cubical, he wanted them to remove the surgical dressing he applied in the operating room and redress the incisions. Several nurses, Doc Del, and StillsWater stand with absolute bewilderment on their faces with mouths and eyes wide open, when they realized all the incisions, had completely healed. Doctor Del ordered SunHawk's oxygen tube, removed twelve hours prior, because SunHawk had started breathing—on his own and setting the alarms on the machine off all the time, too often.

Doctor Del can you tell me, the normal amount of time, for one to use life-support oxygen breathers, after bypass-heart-surgery. I cannot remember if he was on it the normal amount of time of if he came off the life-support oxygen machine that did the breathing for certain patients, sooner than expected too.) I cannot remember the name of the machine.

It did my heart good to hear Doctor Del say, "In all of the years I have been in medicine, I have never witnessed or experienced in any patient with such a rapid healing process. What I see here on is rapid healing, which I would not expect to see, until his least six weeks. After the rest of SunHawk's astounded medical staff, had their opportunity to examine him, they all reached the same conclusion: they could not explain how or why but his rate of recovery surpassed six-weeks of normal healing time. Dr. Del and the rest of the medical staff discharges SunHawk the morning of the seventh day after his surgery; which remained a puzzle to everyone, some thought he should have already gone home and other were astounded, with his entire hospital stay, surgery from recovery.

Somehow, SunHawk's system and form continued to make amazing recovery, by the sixth day the medical staff concluded his physical condition appears it had a rapid healing rate of one-month per day. The x-ray techs questioned SunHawk after his ultra scan, MRI and x-rays; he was still in the hospital after six-months because of his rate of healing.

Hospital policy required the ultra-scan, MRI and x-rays, unless the medical staff was searching for more answers to why before they discharged, the first of many marvelous surgeries, recoveries and life-renewal events, along with outstanding recovery rates. A week or two later Doctor Del ordered more scans and x-rays to make sure there wasn't any leakage. This series of x-rays the x-ray tech thought he got mixed up, with someone who had surgery more than eighteen-months prior. The timing and of events and the healing rates could be the among the reasons Doc Del question . . . what I knew of all the amazing surgeries, the interesting number of DOAs recovering and walking out of the hospital in a couple of days. Some of the bloodiest bodies, mending and healing, while the nurses and medical staff observed what was happening, if recovery was time critical.

The first time we returned to the hospital after SunHawk's discharge on our way to x-ray, we overheard a couple surgeons talking to the parents of a young child, in the elevator. We overheard several interesting for what happened during the operation. Words: miracle, textbook perfect, better than textbook perfect, new techniques, it matter not if one was religious or not, angels in the operation rooms. They felt it and realized angels became part of us; guided our hands, taught us new techniques to repair this and similar types of aneurisms. The second doctor, Angels saved your daughter, and became our teachers, while they guided and taught us to work together and perform amazing, new, and delicate, surgical technique. Your daughter will be out of recovery soon, right now, we would like you two, in ICU with her, when she wakes up. From what I could gather, they preformed emergency brain surgery, which under normal times would have been iffy and have caused some injury to the child's brain, but not this time, the technique saved her life. All test revealed their child suffered no trauma or brain injury, from the operation or the aneurism.

I kept silent and listened to the family and medical staff, while I gave thanks for the trial, thanks for the opportunity to offer up the prayers and to the Sacred Ones for teaching doctors how to save more lives with better healing results. A couple of weeks later around SunHawk's third of fourth weekly follow-up visit, Dr Del referred to countless unique recoveries, healings and other unique incidents in ER, the hospital recovery stats, textbook surgeries, and doctors learning amazing new techniques. None of these conditions started until the morning of SunHawk's surgery, and then people made amazing recoveries, and the rest I have already stated. Except nothing of this magnitude has any hospital ever reported before.

 It did my heart good to hear Doctor Del's amazing report, but I could not say anything to Doc Del in front of SunHawk. I realized the sacred gift came by way of a powerful sacred Angel of Healing who possessed the abilities to Restore Sacred Eternal Life, to and repair physical form, too. I am sure Doctor Del was able to tracked the beginning it back to our family, but he was not sure how.

[Dr Del can you explain why you questioned me. The tone of your voice and the look you gave me suggested you more than suspected. The ones receiving the healing cannot know they are receiving prayers because they depend on too much on the prayers and not enough on their eternal spirits and will to help with the healing. Remember I keep speaking of eternal spirit of light, (what I am referring to is our immortal light body which is eternal it knows not death only our physical forms experience death, and that is what inhabits our physical forms.) It is also one amazing power plant with abilities to tap into advance knowledge and intelligence and create conditions and environments.

Soft whisper when I left your office Dr. Del, which is also another important reason I could not say anything in front of SunHawk: For now, this will remain our secret; the people in need of medical care cannot know about the Angels of Healing and Deliverance. Doctor Del can you remember if (Angels) amazing healings were taking place at the other two hospitals, if they were I never heard. I am not sure, if there were others Angels at that the other hospitals, beyond Torrance Memorial, can you tell me what if anything were happening at the other two. The reason I ask is because of the way I held Torrance Memorial Hospital in mind and was vague on the other two when I formed my prayer.]

Honestly, can you accept, it was one unique way for Red Sun to learn the truth of how the Sacred Father, Great Spirit, and the Archangels agreed to answer Red Sun's request down to the letter. This was to let people know what they respect and honor with it comes to prayers. Truth reveals, these sacred summonses are unique lessons, when visitations become wonderful life awareness teachers. This among many other unique experiences increased interactive insight. Each interesting, glimpse was more of an experience, into the various levels of our sacred universe.

Each one needs to understand all the prayers answered, were unselfish prayers, which includes fasting, too helps while keeping many people in mind, to receive their acknowledgements. Nevertheless, it was unsettling strange, while I waited for acknowledgement of their verdict. Then one should never tries to second-guess the Sacred Ones and it is wrong to try to second-guess their decision or questioning what they might decree to honor or when and what you need to accomplish before they answer ones prayers. They might decree to honor a request in full or in part or challenge one to see what is in ones heart. Even though they honored Red Sun's request in full, I am quit sure they also looked deep within the hearts of each patient, family and friends. Nevertheless, I am sure after they left the hospital each received several tacks and asked to make some personal sacrifice, they got out of the hospital to determine, if they are worthy of extended life.

In November, less than thirty days, after the lives of my husband and oldest daughter, restored and healed, it was important to cook up a big feed and invited all our friends and family, to give thanks to the Sacred Ones for their of sacred gifts love; which was my way of showing love, too. Interesting, too, how the grand feed, took place the weekend before Doc Del informed us about the events in the hospital, all the DOA recoveries, textbook surgeries, rapid healings, and people on the serious list of short life expectations changed to miracle recoveries.

(On the average the across the country and among hospitals, they might record no more than three or four miracles each month. I can't remember, if the average in Torrance Memorial Hospital was close to the nation average, or not? What was the best month, other than the hospital's unique history, in all three hospitals? Question how many fabulous recoveries, surgeries, and amazing events, during a 45-day or so period, beginning with StillsWater ER recovery and SunHawk's bypass surgery. Doctor Del, can you remember anything in regards conversations you might have discussed about a series of unique events that occurred in the hospital or hospitals?)

 I wish I could have revealed the truth, between November and February when Doc Del Vaicario continued to look this woman straight in her eyes and asked, "What do you know about these miracles. What did you do, I know it was you." What could I say, yes, I realized he was hoping to learn and I was hoping I could get by playing dumb, with a smile and blank look, the same look I received when I was on trial. Not sure if my body language gave me away, while I tried to keep the secret, too. Finally, I came up with an answer: Really, cannot think of any thing other than a Guardian Angel decided to bless this place for a while. That was the only thing I could think to say, since SunHawk was by my side, each time he asked, and the elders forbid me to reveal any information about SunHawk's life blessings to him.

(Doctor Del, truth, I would have answered your questions honestly; if you had questioned me away from SunHawk, I would have answered all your questions. I could not allow SunHawk to lean on me anymore and believe me he felt no matter what he got himself into I would bail him out and keep him alive.)

Sacred Feed a Gift of Honor and Love

Traditional Feeds: it is an expression of love, honoring the Sacred Ones; it gives more love than going out and buying gifts, since such feeds, are from ones heart, and gives so much more than for many reasons. What became interesting at this feed, everyone wanted to contribute to the feed and offer up his or her thanks, too. Each family and friends had to add to the offering of spiritual gifts, all were grateful for his return, since most did not understand StillsWater's life renewal. In our coming together, our spirit-hearts expressed our sacred spiritual love and sang out to the Sacred Father, Great Spirit, Archangels, Sacred Chiefs, and Sacred Mothers of the People, Sacred Elders, Guardians, Teachers, Guides, along with our sacred Grandfathers/Grandmothers, ancestors and relations. Interesting how full a place can become when shared with all our relations.

We put together a traditional feed with traditional foods, buffalo, elk, deer, moose, fish, with fry-bread; in all we had two tables filled with traditional Native American foods planned to honor all our relations. We had music to celebrate and allow our spirit-hearts to sing honoring songs of thanks for a successful surgery and proof the Sacred Father and Guardians for answer prayers. Grandmother M and the Elders taught me when I was young an offering of food is one of the many gifts one can give and do to express our spiritual love and connection with our guardians. Interesting I told twenty couples and more than forty families showed up for the feed.

Sharing food is not all the Sacred Father asks of one, if he answers your prayers and we can he will ask us to do something for him. From an early age, tradition taught me, he would also call on us to give of our selves to help others. Answering an assignment gives one the opportunity to be become both teacher and a student. Many times mortals can be the answer to ones prayer to help various individuals when they need support. This is another way to thank the Sacred Ones for the help and support they provided individuals in your life and/or ones families in various ways; you never know when you might need help again. Many times, we who have had major prayers answered, experienced temporary death, also receive assignments to be moral support and/or help the Sacred Ones answer the prayers of other mortals, what do you think might happen if you refused to help others. . . then the question becomes was not your prayer one way and selfish?

Right now, I do hope you can recognize the sacred adventure I have presented here is only one foundation to an abundance of various reasons and ways to pray. Inasmuch, I have not disclosed how one needs to balance ones thoughts, faith, spirit and prayers, so not to harm anyone. I have not enclosed the way one mentally needs to present ones prayers. I would rather have five people that know how to pray, pray for me, instead of many churches around the world. Improper formation of prayers can do a great deal more harm than good. Ones spirit needs to be clean of negative emotions hate or anger towards anyone; it is important to replace all negative and hostile thoughts with love and fill ones spirit with faith. Fill ones spirit-heart with love stronger than faith and faith stronger than love, fill it so full there is not room for doubt. Fill your total being with a spiritual knowingness the mortal body, spirit-heart, and eternal spirit will receive complete and total cleansing, and purification.

Know, too, where there is faith, there is not room for doubt, which means total faith accepts and knows all things will be rebalanced, and flowing back together in harmony and complete wellness. Realization within ones total knowingness says, hold strong and allow your faith confirm universal  sacred truth: the sacred healing angels of light and life renewed, will come before or the minute of  each individual's midnight hour, to restore and renew mortal life, while the sacred angels adds energy of sacred rebirth, which awakens one spirit. They balance and restore spiritual and mortal value to ones totals eternal ones: mortal form, spirit-heart and eternal spirit light life.

Can you see why it is critical you . . . Hold strong without wavering. Are you beginning to understand the importance, of prayers visualization during the entire time one is praying? Where many fail the one they are seeking healing for is between not prays. Between prays fear try to sneak stray dangerous negative thoughts back into ones environment seeing the side of conditions ones conscious and mind fears.

It is important each one blacks out and blanks out negative, dangerous, destructive fears. The instant such stray thoughts try to invite fear of any form, one needs to reprogram, one conscious and subconscious minds. One needs to accept and believe with a spirit-heart of strong spiritual faith, total balance, wellness, individual healings are at work, but the journey to get to the point of the Sacred Angel of Healing arrival is very important, too.

Remember, what you see that drives your fears are visual deceptions you are allowing to add to the persona physical and mental imbalance. Fear enhances and adds to destructive imbalance of energies to one mortal system. The same person's total life environment you cast your prayers to the Sacred Father for the return a certain person's complete balance, harmony, and wellness on all levels. Your conscious mind and spirit-heart asks for a person's mortal life, and physical form, along with mental/emotional environment, which includes spirit-heart and spiritual life.

Now can you comprehend and focus what can happen? Understand why you need to stay positive focused with spiritual love filled with total faith. It is important not accept any negative thought forms or fears. Fear will interfere with all phases of wellness recovery, even halt, prevent, or quicken all life threatening conditions.

However, ones focus, visualization, of life coming together, motivated by love, faith, and spirit-hearts filled with love are powerful life physics, towards spiritual life recovery energy, which says one positive love adds to ones praying. Individualized recovery from negative influences on individual life environments, which for unknown reasons impact various portions of mortal/physical form, psychological, intellectual, emotional, and spiritual life environments. Some can be resolved with rest and others require medical care, and supported by positive increases to change the individual's life environment.

Cleansing away all the negativity from those in need of positive support also depends how each one cleanses away ones own thought forms and refuses to allow, think or senses any stray thoughts; which can undo all one visualized. Yes, it is critical and necessary to reprogram ones own mental and spiritual physics and energy programs, which adds to positive quantum physics environments.

Here are a few things one can do to keep positive environments ... Visualize the person or all persons inside a pure bright crystal blue-white light encompassing ones entire environment and the ones adding their prays. Inside millions of little crystals, the little crystals reflect all the pure sacred crystallized colors across the sacred spectrum. These bright crystals are sacred spiritual crystal lights to purify, cleans, balance, regulate, and heal ones entire mortal and immortal bodies.

Send only thoughts of pure love and/or see a sacred bright light ascending from heaven, coming down engulfing them in a sacred light. Total life form recovery via purification, and cleansing, of mind, body, and eternal spirit, while adding to complete resurrection of life of the person or persons walking within the light happy, with a wonderful smile and all life whole.

What not to hold onto fear, hurt, pain, or any form of anger you or what you think you know caused the problem or the problem is about. It is important to understand anything limits recovery are negative thoughts. Do not keep in mind their life conditions or problems they need your prayers. Holding the problem in mind while you pray turns them into very dangerous/destructive prayers. If you cannot clear your thoughts, It is best not to pray, until you can cleanse your spirit-heart.

It is better not to pray and just send your love to . . . and leave the rest in the hands of the Sacred Ones if you have one negative or harmful thought. However, one can state (without hostile thought forms for anyone, or fear) how much faith you have the Sacred Father will do what is best for . . . . Then release your thoughts, your fears before you send only love blessings do not concern yourself about the problem only complete and total heal to help each person to be whole, productive, and constructive and obtain their primary objective and prime directive.

Never limit the individual's needs within the sacred light of healing to only one element of ones physical, emotional, lifestyle or mental conditions. One needs to realize what you think you see, is only a symptom of an event or cause

Do not try to see or visualize what you think needs should be accomplished or how you think you want it accomplished, unless you are the one doing the surgery or burial. Those are the only people that can visualize what needs to be accomplished, step by step and sometimes even the surgeons need help and guidance to accomplish what is new territory (new more delicate procedures), which can only be handled on the spot. Don't try to second guess conditions or what is the responsibility of another, just make sure they receive all the support and guidance needed. The power of ones spirit-heart's spiritual love and faith is more powerful than you realize.  

Do not condemn the person for any reason. Let prays and thoughts go after your visualization of sacred enlightenment and wellness. Seek not to receive an answer, let go of questions seeking answers to the cause or how the one can receive a healing, just seek guidance to what you can do to help, be careful of answer or negative thoughts for that is not the Sacred Ones answering. They will only give guidance towards ways of improvement, enlightenment, and wellness. Know many times you have preconceived answers you are holding in mind, strange how most hold a connection to some form of negative and/or harmful destructive thoughts.

In truth, sometime it is a good thing to do after work, when you posses or internalize negative thoughts, hostile opinions, angry or feel mad at a person or persons. You are thinking negative thoughts for any reason, since negative thoughts can harm you and your entire family, you are poisoning your environment, personal and family energy, the physics of your life advancement and development, life and the even the food you, your family and friends consume. Now can you understand why it is important for you to allow your spirit and spirit-heart to reflect spiritual love when you are praying for anyone, for any reason? Here is what important for you to accomplish to help:

In an instant, the instant, (any type of destructive or harmful thought or concept come up, unless you want those thoughts to cause harm,) dump those thoughts and any thing connected to them in a trash barrel, which absorbs negative energy and releases nothing but positive energy.

If not a trash barrel maybe you have a secret hole in the ground for the sacred beings to cleanse and purify, those negative thoughts and transform them into sacred energy of love to share with the world.

Either/OR If nothing else and you are close to a tree, hug the tree and pray/ask nicely for the tree to remove and cleanse you of all negativity and transpose it into sacred energy of life to share.

Never think of, visualize or hold in one's mind-eye or any form of thoughts, connected to the problem or current imperfect conditions of anyone your prayers request for one to receive renewal of life, since individuals need complete wellness/wholeness.

Hold love in your heart for the one you send your prays out, because sacred love increases the power of spiritual physics to help him/her.

All healing begins with total cleansing.

 Visualize the individual's total spiritual/physical/energy scrubbed clean, and allow a total knowingness to flood your consciousness and visualize those your pray for receiving a total cleansing, which allows recovery, of mortal/spiritual/spirit for all is part of health and healing. One total life force and being needs complete total life awakening to wellness and wholeness.

 Visualize the individual wrapped in pure sacred spiritual crystal light, to shine the entire spectrum of bright pure crystal colors of spiritual light. Next, visualize the crystal light empowering ones eternal spirit with sacred healing powers. This helps to generate universal spiritual physics energy to add to the healing of each individual.(Don't analyze, the words, just do and accept.)

Visualize the recipient you send your prays to/for  receives a flood of sacred healing light and the light encircles the individual and he/she absorbs sacred spiritual light of healing love, which helps make them whole. (If you cannot visualize then ask for total mortal and spiritual being of . . . cleanse, purify and healed total and life renewed.)

It is more important for family and friends to hold pure love and absolute faith in their spirit-hearts and hold strong to ones knowledge that Sacred Ones can and will heal, as long as, you pure hold onto and possess faith, without doubts.

One other very important and valuable thing, don't lose heart even when it seems one is down to 2359 hours and 30 seconds, I have found that is when amazing healings and recoveries take place. Even SunHawk's intervention and textbook surgery was at the 2350 hours and counting. StillsWater was on her deathbed with JRA and a Sacred Angel of Healing arrived and instructed me in how to remove the rods of death and she was healed, after the doctor told me, StillsWater only had days, not weeks of life, when she was nine years old. Not even then did I lose faith and I told him now was the time for her healing. Today she is forty-four years old.

When thoughts and prayers can, harm and all too often do harm:

When and if one holds in one mind or mind's eye the possibility or thought of things that can go wrong. The painful fact your thoughts and prayers turn destructive, because you open a barn door for things to go wrong.

I give you these short instructions and ideas to help you think about your prayers and understand the damage your selfish prayers create. Who can say maybe you are doing harm in various way, if you do not consider the whole, when you ask for any type of healing.

In time, I will give you even more ways to work on and accomplish the impossible by making all things possible, but some time is requires personal sacrifice and cleansing of ones total environment, family and self, the one doing the praying and holding one to life and faith.

What you can do to help the person, if you cannot clear your negative visions of the person:

          Fix up a couple of snacks or desserts and invite ones guardians to come and share a snake or meal with you. Then you can tell them your concerns and ask for help. Tell them about the person in need of healing and the family in need of support or if it is your and your family in need, explain in details what is in your heart and ask what can be done to help the person. Always ask what you can do to ensure ones healing and you show concern about others, too.

Don't feel embarrassed about your conversation, even if you don't feel anyone is there or listening, they are and when the time is right you will receive an answer or guidance and you might be surprised what does happen. Many times, I have found when one is praying for the life or healing of another; you might receive a request to make some sort of person sacrifice or sacrifices. This is a test of see if you are sincere in you prayers or request for the Sacred Father to heal the one you seek life and health restored.

What you need to do even in your conversation you need to see the person bathed in the sacred blue-white light, I do not care if they are lying in a hospital bed, see them inside the sacred blue-white light experiencing the full spectrum of crystal colors. Each sparkle is a sacred spiritual crystal with many purposes to cleanse, protect, change life environment into positive conditions, and heal ones total being. In truth, adhere to ones sacred awareness; this is a sacred spiritual gift for the sacred guardians to use within the sacred light. Hold this picture/vision in your heart, while you are having your conversation aka sacred prayer conversation you are using to asking for help for one or many personas and/or reasons. A couple of hour-long conversations are common, at different times, so do place a time limit on your conversation, maybe your guardians have been waiting to have a conversation with you, too.

In truth, I have heard many people say this type of conversation helps them receive assistance to clear up confusion and allows them to receive sacred insights during these conversations. They're amazed how events in their daily life seems purified, the darkness is cleared away and many learn what they must do and how to present their prayers to the Sacred Ones. Yes, I have done it too when I am under great stress and need guidance and it has worked for me.

One relations and ancestors enjoy it when we invite them to sit with us and share in a meal or snack, it does not have to be fancy, but they do love chocolate, berries fry-bread and . Know they may not eat the meal physically, but they do enjoy the essence on spiritual and psychic levels. If you can find a place for the squirrels and birds to enjoy the food after wards, who can say you might be feeding a sacred one who is visiting in the body of a four-legged of winged one. Invited them to visit and have communication between to the two-realms, you are also showing love and acceptance of the realm of angels and sacred guardians. Who knows how many good things might come out of you sharing a meal conversations. I personally know of a couple hundred people or more that do this when they need help and guidance and a prayer just will not do.

 I do know the prior adventure, I related, about SunHawk's textbook surgery reveals the amazing power of Sacred Ones and Angels, which I know holds countless meanings, but Torrance Memorial Hospital, textbook surgeries and SunHawk's textbook surgery in truth was only one in a long journey of many sacred prayers—major events. It is hard to relate or explain more than one single life adventure, at a time since there are numerous factors, connected with various prayers foundational needs.

What I have learned in my fifty-seven years of life adventures, our connections, experiences and research has allowed me to learn diverse formulas link with prayer journeys. It is hard for people to believe ones connection to our universe's universal/spiritual quantum physics inspirational adventures.

Truth, since my early years, I have experienced the power of prayers', unique influences and lessons, one can learn, during unique Prayer Journeys. Yes, I have learned in life, before one receives an answer to ones sacred prayers, one is take in an adventure, filled with a combination of journeys to learn numerous sacred spiritual values. Ones prayers allow one to experience strong lessons to learn, many strong whys in order to obtain sacred answers to Life Adventures and learn answers to ones style of prayers and praying the right way . . . does save lives. However, I can say the meeting did awaken conscious and subconscious spirit to a higher understanding of spiritual physic powers and influences.

Correct prayers, set up a protective shell of intuitive spiritual guidance, along with each ones unique holistic connection with the whole. The painful truth I have learned too many fail to comprehend ones unique holistic connection with universal power to ones sacred prayers. Negative thoughts can send environmental conditions in the wrong direction. It takes more that praying; one must experience the truth of love's blessings in each prayer.

Prayers and praying without understanding correct values and blessings are empty, which then causes one to turn around and ask what happened, why weren't our prayers answered and why are we being punished? I would have lost two persons I loved in one day, if not for the challenge. However, not everyone is lucky enough to receive personal summons and challenges to set things right, which is the reason I am writing this to help others strengthen their faith and prayers.......

Selfish Prayers are not Healthy or Constructive

Second Aspect

There are the selfish prayers, which I too am guilty of, wanting to keep someone alive when it comes time for their crossing. I am not talking about combat injuries in combat, auto-accidents, or recoverable illness: What I speak of are events, which destroys ones of critical physical and/or mental life. Certain conditions prevent them from accomplishment of primary objectives and prime directive, which leave individuals in vegetative states or said physical conditions are no longer capable of experiencing. Truth, in certain cases ones energies and powers become blocked, thus preventing completion of current lives prime directive, primary objectives, and assignments.

Selfish prayers does not benefit anyone, before one prays for extension of life It is important to stop, watch, and ask: is the one doing the praying afraid to let go for personal reasons, and if so what is their reason to maintain the suffering of another mortal life form. Why do these persons think it is wrong to release the eternal spirit to return to the Sacred House of the Sacred Father of Eternal Life and Light, what many call the sacred spirit of . . . to cross? Then certain time we realize it is important for the one prayed for to survive, it is important for them to have quality of life ahead of them, because they are needed.

Yet, many people never stop to question how many universal lives selfish prayers entrap, hurt, destroy, and prevent eternal spirits receiving spiritual growth when they selfishly force another to lay in a vegetative state for personal gratification. This was not the first of several lessons regarding imbalance, selfish, illogical prayers, and abusive prayers, which angers the Sacred Father.

Now question how would you appreciate your family forcing you to suffer in a vegetative state, when there was no quality of life in your future. Yet, know sometimes when you leave life in the hands of the Sacred Father you might be surprised, force it and all will suffer, too. My Grandmother M said. Let Go and Let God. Understand these words: if you force a love one, to suffer, then you will suffer many times greater. Selfish prayers are no matter the consequences, I want my will to done, no one else matters.

Eight years out from Torrance and the lives of our first-born StillsWater, and SunHawk (father/husband) plus unknown number of lives saved and/or renewed  Time changed and conditions change {he and I) had to accept the Sacred Father's final decision. IT was hard for our spirits to accept the decree without a doubt even with all the advanced warning we received. Then SunHawk honestly believed the sacred father would hear and accept the prayers, yes, he would survive since he had me. In truth, there are many variables from how important your life is here currently and what is the necessity for one to cross. Ones current value to the great picture if one crosses before time. Then love and the importance of your journey together, family conditions, it takes a record-keeper and many guardians and the Sacred Father to determine ones status.

 When the time arrived for SunHawk to cross, guardians began dropping hints almost twenty-four months of soon would come the time. They delivered tidbits and expanded messages, which included several slaps, because I feared change and wanted SunHawk to stay. Red Sun it is time to accept the will of your Father, he has forbidden us to honor your prayers or except any excuses why you still need SunHawk, his health conditions from all the poison will not allow him quality and we cannot make him whole. We will take away from you the power to save lives, until you release SunHawk to join his Sacred Father. He is needed here . . .

Remember, sometimes things are, as they are, and there is nothing, you or anyone can do. Do you remember not, your lessons about selfish prayers; do you want to entrap him in a shell without a sacred spirit? You saw a number of time how selfish prayers and demanding selfish will entraps good people in a vegetative state, we allow you to have the body, none can ever have quality of life, when one subsists the spirit under selfish prayers. Now we ask is that how you want the last months or weeks of a great warrior to waste away?

Visions of truth became an awakening; children and wife of SunHawk took journeys into the future that revealed many would suffer needlessly, and lives lost, if we tried to force our will and not accept the will of the Highest of the Most High who is the Sacred Father Light Eternal. Love and truth means let go for it is sadistic, to force any eternal spirit, to stay locked with a damaged system, robbed of quality of life, to suffer his/her life away in a hospital bed. SunHawk's future was with his father not with his other half for a while, we have eternity to be together, but we also have responsibilities that are more important.

The decisions of SunHawk's children and wife Red Sun, is not different or any easier from what some family somewhere in the same amount of time, it takes you to finish reading this article, has to face a similar decide. They/we must make one singularly hard decision, life, or death, and live with our decision. Nevertheless, for our family after several strong visions, the final decision our guardians left up to us to follow our heart, which did not help make it easier.

Stage set, information provided, we are at crossroad of challenge, which direction, what is your decision this test demands your answer, Truth, your future, your life, also hangs on the journey you take, will you base your decision on faith, love and respect, allow or hear your spirit-heart to speak or speak with selfish fear. All guardians stand-by to handle you and your future life conditions, based on your choice, they will try to help you or turn their backs on you.

Fact, this Red Sun realized and acknowledged, SunHawk's physical form had become too damaged to continue in current form, and the only way he could survive was on life support. Including the warnings of how countless people suffer for decades, if one loves someone is it right to expect the one who lived an honorable life, lay in a bed decaying on life-support. How can one expect any different respect if one does not accept the will of the Eternal Father and let SunHawk go home to stand beside his father. The love we shared was too strong to force him to journey even a week in a vindictive vegetative state for to put him on life-support when there was not chance for a heart transplant, would be cruel and vindictive.

The day of SunHawk's crossing, from mid-morning hospital medical staff, continued in they attempt to force me to agree to life support, leaving his eternal spirit of trapped in a vegetative state inside a physical body. A mortal frame, with an internal system eaten away inside, organs destroyed and dying; caused by an unknown poison with no known antidote. The poison assassins created to deny his system of all essential proteins, which advanced his ageing at a yearly rate about every twenty hours. The poison was turning his entire organ into mush, which meant he was not a candidate for heart-transplant. Our agreement, only time he wanted life support, if he was a candidate for a heart-transplant, if not do not encase him in a decaying/vegetating form. Who would benefit from entrapping him in silence, while forcing him to experience such daily suffering?

True love knows when to let go and have faith in the Sacred Father and Guardians. Certain occasions, when selfish physical love is in opposition with true spiritual love: selfishness is cruel; selfishness refuses enlightenment, and imprisons eternal spirit in limbo. I have heard and experienced those trapped in a world of silence to us, mentally calling out for release. Many ask this question: Why did you receive a vision from . . . telling you . . . and we received naught. The true answer people who receive the call possess honest love and determination to do the honorable thing, the one laying in silence wants accomplished. It is hard for one to stand up against the many, maybe he/she is the only one, with a spirit strong enough in the ways necessary to stand against the many and do what is right while dealing with the masses.

Simple prayer: Grant the wish of the eternal spirit trapped inside . . . physical form who lays silence. Help guide us to honor and accept the sacred will and desire of the Sacred One who is the Highest of the Most High Light Eternal or Sacred Light Eternal. Let prayers reception not be distorted but let the truth speak loud.

Many decades past when SunHawk and I were in our twenties while he was in Vietnam, he asked if I could find some way to help his unit and families so he could bring them home walking, not shipping them home in body bags. Early one morning a spiritual messenger arrived with instruction to share in a special way to pray that would protect those away facing danger. How to help and what to do to keep the families alive and together, while family members (units that become the family unit support system) were away facing extreme dangers, not to say certain ones among us were not facing similar dangers at home.

Combat was in truth on two shores, but that was not in the headlines or front section of the any newspaper. Survival was critical and among one of a number of reasons it was critical to share and blanket cover others in his unit and everyone we could get the message out to, and choice to listen. What we give you we designed to ensure family members a strong support system, stationed at home or across waters. Daily all are in the ever-present face of dangers; the books we request will assist family in the experience of total family living, survival of union, body, mind, and spirit-heart. Love is one of the one of the sacred powers of protection and healing. Love combined with unity of spiritual prayers spoke from ones spirit-heart provides the power to work life saving wonders.

This is nice to gift someone and for an entire family be involved with, either kept together (one set) or (many sets) separately:

Start with three notebooks; two can have lined paper, but the sacred one, which carries the prayers from ones spirit-heart to the Holiest of the most Holy, Angel of Warriors, and Guardians, must to be unlined:

1. Daily journal to keep your writings about daily events, keeping pictures including notes of daily family events, pictures, crazy times, and family life adventures, for the family member and members who are away on assignment. This is the fine thread to assist those separated in feeling, this is very important to help with balance. This will help fill in missed family emotional adventures and spaces in life, a source of vital sharing, which separation denies them. Share live action at special meals, birthdays, and other family activities, which they enjoyed, sharing with family and friends, when home. Other times set the camera in their normal position at the dinner table and on holidays to allow them to experience and share in the lives of family and friends activities. Today we have computers, digital cameras, and camcorders to assist in recording active life records for family and friends to experience and share.

Journal is daily sharing of pictures, opinions and feelings, activities and daily joys, the journal you keep until after assignment is completed and unit is stationed back home. The journal is important which allows them to experience and helps family to re-establish those special connections. This journal is a powerful way to lessen separation anxiety of important moments in life separation lost, by sharing in some ways many of those special family life . . . by reaffirming after all the pain and suffering they went through, no matter what, they are loved and supported back at home, which also can cut down on divorce, too.

Critical to keep younger family members involved, to stay connected with family, and understand; although conditions required separation, because of commitments sending certain relations to different areas. Expression of love in secret messages allows spirits to energize, connect, and stay personally involved, which is important. All too often children feel rejected and not an important part of family unity, until relations return. This helps to keep love strong and prevent emotional disconnect for the entire family units.

Book of heart expressions, is one you leave open for the Sacred Father's messenger to read and know the depth of family, friends, children, and associates hearts. Know this is where children leave what they want angels to know about their loneliness and pain of separation and why they want their daddy or mommy home. All who wants can contribute to the same notebooks and journals or each can keep their own. Prayers are holistic.

2.     Book 2: Spouses and/or Parents Journal: Love expressions of raw emotions and pain during separation anxiety. Numerous events and affairs neither one can put into separation communications. One can create too much fear and more problems when one is not in the heart of violence. Neither can daily life problems, illness, nor household repairs be communicated, they don't have the power to reach out and transport back an forth. Truth, it is damaging to worry and build a mountain of fears and tears.

Dangerous to reveal feelings of anger due to separation, fears, tears, sexual needs, and/or separation anxiety, since neither one can do anything about the others environment. However, they can share prayers and have that special meal if only in a picture. Love is a great protector and fear has the opposite power to invite problems and death.

Personal worries one should not submit considering it could lead to hostile-deathly environments. This book of deep emotion and personal situation both can keep and share with one another later. Even this type of sharing can help make the bonds of togetherness stronger. From combat activities, dreams, emotional needs and memories, you can share when face-to-face so not to detract from total safety. Know this what effects and harms one has a harmful influence on the entire unit.

Then many times individuals cry tears of love for the ones absence by their side. Heart wants to share daily events one normally shares and/or want to share the expression of love in your heart, encased in tears. . . . Many of the details of events or the events in total you know is not the time to put in a letter, if you want them to return home mentally stable, physically healthy, and/or alive, then logic says it is best to put words of events in this book and forget mailing. Share when they come home

Personal Spouses and/or Parental Journal will be up to you which pages you share or might want to wait for a while to share, mental conditions depends on how one might be able to handle conditions the first few weeks individuals are back together. In fact, sometimes certain things might need caution.

3. Book three—Prayers: Most important book of the three. Spiritual expressions from ones sacred spirit-heart reflecting spiritual love, prayers, sacred messages, for the unit and all they work with for it takes more than one, it takes the sum of the whole to keep each other alive. The book must have continual direct light shining on it at all times. It can be sunlight by day and some other form of light at night, from candles, small lamp, kerosene lamp or what your choice of lighting to reflect on the pages of your PRAYERS.

This is the book for recording your prayers of protection, and guidance for guardians to keep the unit safe and return the entire unit home alive to family members of units. Here is where you must create your prayers and not be selfish, greedy, or narrow in your thinking. You must pray for all in known and unknown to family units and those connected to their complete support system. Selfish prayers or prayers for individuals, is destructive and deprive others of the sacred protection energy and spiritual physics within prayers. Selfishness creates invitations for many troubles to gather in the void of black holes, where selfish prayers failed to protect. Importance of pray is blanket all without pinpointing one individual, because you might be condemning others or the one you placed within a vacuum that attracts  death. Know narrow prays leaving protection more along the lines of Swiss cheese will invite the same holey conditions around ones family, too, which harms all within the unit.

One common prayer start:

Let all who have eyes see beyond normal sight, know beyond truth beyond common sight. See truths within the heart and spirit of those that try to deceive. See the truth into the spirit of one friends, units, and enemies. Allow all to sense their enemies before them, on either side, behind them or around them. Let eyes, see into the heart and spirit of our enemies, or traitors. Give our eyes the power to see beyond the wrappings of concealment to know when there are instruments of death nearby, and guide us to sidestep them.

Allow and empower ears with the sensory abilities to reach and hear beyond time and space. Empower ears to know reality, beyond present forms of normal environment, reception, and communications. Let individual ears, heart and spirit, hear the truths of one surrounding, hear environment warnings of danger, know when instruments of death or dealers of death are close.

Allow each know in advance, what they need to do by intuition or visions of advance actions, know how to handle visions/dreams instruction guiding them to develop enhanced protection around all in danger.

May all combine and use all their senses, to react instinctively to know what action is required, for each to take and do their part to cover all protection and survival needs. Empower each to accomplish individual actions and assignments with intellectual foresight, for protective survival actions and save each individual member and total unit lives, along with, when ever possible the innocents, which were neither involved directly nor indirectly via murderous actions of enemies to all?

Murderous actions of enemies to all: The ones, who seek and love death, find enjoyment in dismembering, rape, and killing without remorse. May all know their enemies even when those who are enemies present faces of friends and see beyond their disguises with second sight, to know the danger of enemies in advance, to sense the dangers in faces around them? (This prayer one should use when in military action arenas, best if used in combinations with families at home, military personnel and by units.)

Always pray from your heart for all:

Even the other unit members can also write their own prayers and all the parents and family members of those who involved in unit involvement and support actions can combine their prayers to cover all in the unit. Then place a hand written copy it in each prayer book. Each morning you can read aloud what you wrote and again at night, what you wrote the day prior and what you add this day.       

One good prayer finish:

On each journey, when they head-out to protect the people and find the enemies, disarm the IED and/or other bombs we ask for their protection, but if there is no other way may they die for all the right reasons and not all the wrong ones.

In your heart, you will know what to add to your prayers:

What you might want to say combined with family members' et al. let all add their words (voices). Know this and keep it strong if once a prayer in the prayer book, you and others can reviewed to make sure there is no harm in ones prayer, but you leave them in along with all the other prayers in the book. Just show you understand the problem and correct it. The only time you can remove any prayer from the book is to make a copy, but then return the pages and prayers to the book . . . The same day before sunset.

You can also do a prayer book for serious illnesses for family, friends, and others. Oh, one thing I forgot to mention during your prayers you may receive instructions to do something for the Sacred Father by the way of helping or supportive of others. It is a form of self-sacrifice to show the Sacred Father your heart is pure and your prayers are true. When you give your letter prayer, conversational prayers, of other forms of sacred life and/or love communications he requests of you to prove your faith and love by giving, if asked and you refuse to give of ones self then, are you saying your prayers are worthless and one-sided. It might range from fasting to helping someone laid up in bed or a thousand in one different little needs. Many times his request in the assistance of answering the prayers of others, which is also something he sees you need or the both of you can learn from each other. Prayers have great power when correctly constructed each word sings out and develops sacred energy flows, which enhance sacred universal gifts and increases sacred spiritual physics gifts aka miracles blessings.
